Sistemas de tratamiento de aguas

Las centrales térmicas consumen grandes volúmenes de agua y necesitan verter las aguas residuales procedentes de los siguientes procesos:

  • Concentrado de ósmosis inversa (OI) y fluidos de limpieza de la OI
  • Aguas residuales de la regeneración del intercambiador de iones
  • Aguas residuales de la purga de la torre de refrigeración y de la limpieza de la caldera
  • Aguas residuales de la desulfuración de gases de combustión y depuradores húmedos
  • Desbordamiento del estanque de cenizas, escorrentía del almacenamiento de carbón
  • Aguas residuales aceitosas procedentes del almacenamiento de petróleo (centrales térmicas de petróleo)

Medición en aguas residuales y lodos de ceniza

Descripción de la aplicación

A continuación describiremos los pasos típicos del proceso y los lugares de medición en el pretratamiento de aguas residuales y el control final de efluentes antes de su vertido al medio ambiente.

Aplicación 1:

Las aguas residuales de la central eléctrica se envían al clarificador para neutralizarlas con cal. Este proceso crea una cantidad significativa de acumulación con el tiempo.

Aplicación 2:

Tras la neutralización, las aguas residuales se tratan en un tanque de aireación mediante microorganismos. Se mide el oxígeno disuelto para controlar la aireación.

Aplicación 3:

El agua que sale de la planta de tratamiento debe tener un pH comprendido entre 6,5 y 7,5 para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos medioambientales.

Aplicación 4:

El agua del estanque de cenizas debe estar dentro de un rango de pH y ORP para asegurar que la planta cumple con los requisitos medioambientales.
