볼 밸브가 있는 견고한 개폐식 피팅. 침적관에 내장된 동축으로 연결된 전도도 센서는 초순수를 비롯해 1000 μS/cm까지 측정할 수 있는 넓은 측정 범위를 갖고 있습니다. 침적관을 빼면 공정 진행 중에도 센서의 유지·보수, 세정 또는 교체가 가능합니다. 센서의 외부 전극은 교체 가능합니다. 정확한 온도 보정을 위해 센서에 온도 감지기가 내장되어 있습니다.
