WA160 Ceramat Armatura estraibile a immersione | Guarnizione ceramica lock-gate | Pneumatico | Lunghezza di immersione fino a 2000 mm

Armatura retrattile completamente automatica con elevata lunghezza di immersione fino a 2000 mm

  • Lunghezze di immersione da 600 a 2000 mm
  • Diametro del tubo di immersione di soli 65 mm
  • Semplice sostituzione del sensore, anche per una lunghezza di immersione di 2000 mm
  • Sensori: 225 mm di lunghezza con elettrolita solido (gel, pasta, polimero, ecc.)
  • 2 barriere indipendenti con risciacquo della cavità

Armatura a immersione lunga da utilizzare in serbatoi, bacini e condotti. Per il funzionamento con sensori elettrochimici con diametro di 12 mm.

Applicazioni

  • Processi altamente corrosivi (produzione di cloro, fosgenazione)
  • Processi con solidi depositanti, abrasivi e incrostanti: desolforazione dei fumi, scrubber di gas, produzione di zucchero (prima + seconda carbonatazione), sintesi di coloranti e pigmenti, acque reflue industriali speciali che formano croste
  • Supporti polposi e fibrosi (cellulosa, cosmetici, alimenti)
  • Residui organici e appiccicosi (acque di lavaggio delle raffinerie, produzione di amido)
  • Processi con sostanze altamente tossiche, come il gas fosgene e l'idrogeno cianuro
